成立於2003年，進入樂團運作的第13年，由初期的美式pop punk逐漸轉變為節奏感強烈、編曲結構緊密的Melodic punk，為台灣首屈一指三人龐克團第一指名，曾擔任日本龐克名團locofrank台灣巡迴之共演團。2014年中展開迷你專輯「反轉未來」之亞洲巡迴，長達一個月多達20座城市的大型巡迴。2016年發行第四張最新單曲「facelife」。現場演出張力、群眾號召力以及現場煽動力皆為台灣龐克圈數一數二之樂團。與前公司結束合作後，樂團自組廠牌「這邊音樂那邊設計｜HereThere Studio」自主經營。 Rarely typical trio-band, “punkhoo”, with double vocal-singers formed in Taiwan in 2003. Founded by BENN, RoY and Chicken who played in the highly influential American ’90 pop punks, and in 2009, RoY had quitted for personal life arrangements and was replaced by SEADOG. “punkhoo” includes BENN on guitar, vocal and most of the music production, Chicken on drums, SEADOG on bass. ​ To date, punkhoo has released one studio full album, one mini album, and four singles. Punkhoo started their first oversea Asia tour with their last mini album Reversing the Future (2014) in more than 25 cities in Japan, China and Taiwan. ​ “punkhoo” creates more sounds than only three instruments could made with a simple core arrangement! They mix some many genres into their music such as Rock, Melodic Punk, Metal, Reggae, Ska and even Pop-ballad! Their energetic live performances builds a unique genre, “punkhoo stream”! Their live gigs would definitely impress you! Regularly having small tours in Taiwan and holding main theme gigs with others bands! 台湾でもめずらしい三人組という形態でありながら、シンプルなコアアレンジでメンバー数を超えるようなサウントを仕上げ、様々な音楽性を取り入れ、ROCK、PUNK、METAL、REGGEA、POP−BALLAD等のジャンルをベーズにした、パワーフルなライブパフォーマンスは独特な「パンクフー流」を成り立っている。忘れられないライブ体験を与え、毎年に行う全国ツアーに含め、各ライブハウスでテーマパーティーや他のバンドとの共演活動にも活躍している。
